Hi all, As it's now getting warmer and the nights are lighter ;D ;D be good to maybe start thinking about doing some club brick session for bike to run , i know most dont have a turbo so will need to do a local bike loop of say 3-5miles witch is near the hockey club so that we could drop our bikes of there then do the run round the park out the back then jump back on to the bike - we can go though how to jump on and off the bike with bike shoes still clipped on to bike, - pacing on the bike - pacing on the run - most of you should be fine with this though
