???hello i stopped xc running many haircuts ago (knees mainly) and have been cycling on the road and on mountain bikes for more years than i care to divulge! and am looking for somewhere to get some decent running shoes from before, i come out with you guys firstly zero drop,transitions or built up heel? where to but? and a decent make , hope to be out with you soon ! uncle barkie. ;D ;D ;D

Sorry Barkie - this message board tends to be a bit underused these days. Locally the best place for running shoes is Sweatshop at the Newnham Court Shopping Centre.
